As a qualified Menopause and Wellbeing Mentor I support women through the physical, emotional, and psychological changes associated with menopause. I provide guidance, education, and personalized strategies to help women manage symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and other challenges that arise during this phase of life. My goal is to empower women to maintain and improve their overall wellbeing during menopause.

As your Menopause and Wellbeing Mentor I plan to combine elements of coaching, health education, and emotional support to help women and trans-men to navigate this life stage with confidence and resilience.
